Rubber Chemicals
We have been supplying Kemai Chemical's accelerators and antioxidant:
*Antioxidant TMQ and 6PPD
*Accelerator CBS (CZ), DPG (D), MBT, MBTS, TBBS, DCBS
*Anti-scorching CTP (PVI)
Antioxidant TMQ
2,2 ,4-Trimethyl- 1 ,2-dihydroquinoline,
CAS NO.:26780-96-1
Chemical Molecular (C12H15N)n
*A kind of amine antideteriorant. The property of anti-heat oxide is good. A radical scavenger in a wide range of elastomers to protect against oxidative aging. TMQ provides oxidation protection to nearly all elastomer types in a variety of applications, having a wide range of temperatures exposure. The long persistence in rubber allows it to provide long term heat aging resistance to rubber compounds. Inhibits oxidation catalyzed by heavy metals such as copper and manganese. As a result of its high molecular weight, it migrates slowly within the rubber matrix and does not bloom. Used in light compounds, but will cause some minor discoloration. It causes only minimal staining.
Antioxidant 6PPD
N-(1,3-DIMETHYLBUTYL)- N’-PHENYL-P-PHENYLENEDIAMINE
CAS No : 793-24-8
Chemical Molecular :C18H24N2
*6PPD is soluble in rubber, is not easy to frost, is not easy to volatilize, and has low toxicity.
*6PPD had good dispersion in the rubber, softening the rubber, but had little effect on vulcanization.
*6PPD has excellent anti-oxygen, anti-ozone, anti-flexural cracking, anti-high temperature fatigue, sun cracking properties, copper, manganese and other harmful metals have strong inhibition, suitable for all kinds of synthetic rubber and natural rubber.
Accelerator CBS (CZ)
Standard: GB/T 31332--2014
N-Cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide
CAS NO.: 95-33-0
Chemical Molecular:C13H16N2S2
*CBS is a primary amine based, general purpose primary accelerator combining a fast cure with good scorch safety and excellent modulus development.
Accelerator DCBS
Technical Data Sheet N,N-dicyclohexy-2-benzothiazoles sulphenamide,
CAS NO.: 4979-32-2
Chemical Molecular:C19H26N2S2
*A slow curing delayed action accelerator. Suitable for rubber compounds where direct bonding to brass surfaces or brass coated steel wires is required. DCBS has the best scorch resistance of the whole range of sulfenamide accelerator. It produces a markedly slower cure and lower modulus than CBS, TBBS and NOBS.
Accelerator MBT
2-Mercaptobenzothiazole, M
CAS NO.: 149-30-4
*A moderately fast curing primary accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers. Imparts excellent aging properties, when used both alone and in combination with TMTD, TETD or DPG. But care should be taken because it has a slight tendency to scorch. Unsuitable for use in the manufacture of food contact materials. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tubes, footwear, rubber belts and hoses etc.
Accelerator MBTS
2.2`-Dithiobisbenzothiazole
CAS NO.: 120-78-5
Chemical Molecular: C14H8N2S4
*A medium fast curing primary accelerator for all sulfur curable elastomers. Gives flat, moderately fast cures in NR and SR. Also used in a wide range of general purpose rubber. Non-staining/non-discolouring in “white” stocks. Acts as a plasticizer and/or retarder in polychloroprene rubber. Secondary acceleration is usually required for synthetic polymers. Exhibits better scorch safety than MBT.
Accelerator TBBS
N-tert-butyl-2-benzothlazyl
CAS NO.: 95-31-8
Chemical Molecular: C11H14N2S2
*A primary amine based, general purpose primary accelerator combining a fast cure with good scorch safety and excellent modulus development. TBBS is normally used alone or with small quantities of secondary accelerator in combination with sulfur. It is also used in industrial rubber products with higher levels of secondary accelerators to obtain faster vulcanization cycles and improved aging resistance.
